Sunny Plastic Playing Cards

Postby wolvish » Sun Oct 02, 2005 8:25 am

Just wanted to let you all know that I found some new plastic cards that are decent quality. They are called Sunny Plastic Playing Cards. The best part is my local magic store sells them for 4 bucks a pack. They feel almost exactly like Copag cards and at just 2 dollars more than regular paper cards they are a great deal. I found some online at http://www.authenticgaming.com/Cards.htm if you're interested, but they go for 10 bucks due to shipping. Also, if you're interested in cheap plastic cards, another brand is Royal. Now the only thing I need is a fracking four-color deck.
"Oh, hell. I was about to go home anyway. I call."

frack = f-bomb in Battlestar Galactica (SciFi channel)

They use it liberally.

All the fracking time. I hadn't seen it until I accidentally ended up watching the episode this week, and I like 'holy crap, this female admiral is a complete bad ass, I like her take no prisoners style, this may be worth watching' and then I am informed she is not the Captain Kirk of the series, merely the heartless foil to the other Captain or whatever who is a bit of a 'frack up' but who has moment of badassosity towards the end.

I'd be tempted to watch the first series from last year but apparently the pilot is 3 hours long and a bit dull, is this true? and if so can I skip it and watch the series as normal?

It's a pretty good show. If you're into sci-fi, it's probably the best thing going right now.

Plus the blonde is hot as hell. ;)
