No grills allowed, WTF there is no way I'd live there. Maybe its part of being a californian but everything tasted better on the BBQl. Anything you can cook in a oven or in a frying pan tastes better on a BBQ. If you really want to impress your friends pizza on the BBQ is awsome.

Cut up a potato or 2 into small squares and spread in roasting pan. Put in pieces of chicken or even full chicken. On chicken (optional to put on potatoes too), put salt,pepper, garlic powder, poultry seasoning and Paprika. Put a few pads of butter on the chicken on potatoes too. Cook at 350-400 until chicken is done, flipping potatoes when needed and adding more butter if things stick too much.
