fwiw, i have also been incredibly unlucky recently, although at the $25 tables. i seem to lose A LOT of 3:1 and 4:1 (or better) situations with all the money in the middle.

my biggest downswing is still a paltry 4 buy-ins, but given the competition, this feels like a massive insult.

also, don't worry... i imagine that you will kill the loose games in vegas AND get your handjobs.

If you're worried about handjobs, I hear MVP is in Vegas sometime in November.

Anyhow, as for moving up, I know what you mean. And rest assured I find the 100 and 200 PLO8 games variance-tastic at party/empire too. Annoying innit. I've been struggling to win a decent amount in those games for ages, despite the high level of gooberism on those tables at various times...
