over under ties

so the over/under for the ut v. tex tech game was 69 and they scored 69. how does that get resolved?

i'm assuming that you have to pick the over or the under, so does this lose for both ends?

I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure a push is a push... you get your money back, possibly minus the Vig...? I just looked it up, and I'm pretty sure that's right... Not sure about the Vig though
