I have taken many of the ideas from this site and incorporated into my play. I am usually online at UB, Bet365 or TGC. Usually at $50 or $100 NL - or at the 3/6 or 4/8 limit tables.
I have about 8K hands in PT, but really do not know how to look at or analyze them. I understand excession has some great articles on how to use PT.

I'll be honest that the first couple times I read Excessions PT analysis, I felt like a 12 year old riding the short bus to school... You'll learn a lot from just experimenting with your PT to get familiar with it, and THEN thoroughly examine Excessions posts...
