Ugh, yeah that sucks. Any read on UTG+1?
I'm usually not inclined to bet cards like this as if he's making a sneaky CR then i'm passing up a big free card with 9 winning outs. The flipside is that you're losing to a straight which would probably be folded to a bet.
I think the best solution to the problem is to exercise some pot control by checking the turn. If the river blanks and he bets, I'm not calling very much unless you have a bluffy read on him. If you make your boat or quads, obviously either try to milk or blast a big bet depending on how much you think'll get called. If the river blanks and he checks, you have to decide whether it's worth a half to full pot bet to try to force out a straight. Again this is very read dependent and I wouldn't fancy it against a very good or very loose player as the chances of getting called by a weak straight or flush (given your flop CR looked very set-y). If I had no read I might fancy just checking it down.
