How do I get max value from a completly dominated flop?

This is a 752 $5 MTT on stars. First round, maybe the 6th or 7th hand.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t20 (9 handed)

MP1 (t2110)
Hero (t1460)
MP3 (t820)
CO (t1500)
Button (t1470)
SB (t1440)
BB (t1700)
UTG (t1500)
UTG+1 (t1500)

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with [Kh], [Kc].
UTG calls t20, 1 fold, MP1 raises to t40, Hero raises to t100, 5 folds, UTG calls t80, MP1 calls t60.

Flop: (t330) [Ks], [Kd], [6c] (3 players)
UTG checks, MP1 checks, Hero checks.

Turn: (t330) [2d] (3 players)
UTG bets t120, MP1 folds, Hero raises to t240, UTG calls t120.

River: (t810) [9h] (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets t400, UTG folds.

Final Pot: t1210

Results in white below:
Hero has Kh Kc (four of a kind, kings).
Outcome: Hero wins t1210.

How do you still get money out of a pot when you have the Mortal Nuts? I never know quite how to play this. Do I want to be under betting to get callers, or try to make some kind of CB/PB? Bet the flop?

I think in this case you have a pray for an ace to hit, otherwise you arent getting anything for it. If there was at least a 2 flush on the flop you might have a chance, but KKx rainbow isn't getting paid off by anyone that didn't catch an underfull. Not even at the $5 level. :D

I'd be happy that he called my raise on the turn, but you can flat call there instead and hope that he leads out on the river. If he's betting/calling the turn with a couple of diamonds he wont pay you off however, so it's probably a 50/50 thing. Flat calling the turn and then betting the river *might* be seen as a steal attempt and could get you a few extra chips, but you really just have to hope that someone catches something along the way.

Hands like this hardly ever get paid off. Sucks, but the truth. About the only way I've ever gotten paid was flat calling the turn and then betting small on the river and hope to induce a bluff. Rarely happens, but on rare occasions you catch a fish.

I like to go all in, hope he has the 5 or a pair in the hole and thinks I'm full of crap, and tries to be the hero and calls.

That's just me though
