What you are describing is basicly a tilt period. The burnout factor is actually something I can relate to, and how you should deal with it is very individual. I found that taking some time off, and by that I mean at least a couple of weeks, helped me. My break was spent learning the basics of Omaha which is probably as far away from SHL you can come.

If you should try this, take a complete break from poker, or whatever is up to you, but the worst thing you can do is do nothing and hope it will go away. The fact that you are making this post though indicates that you are aware of the problem and then you are along way towards fighting your tilt.
I don't know if you play more tables than one, if you do, and you continue playing, I would move down to one, and make it your task in life to push the right button at all times when playing poker. "Correct decisions!" should be painted on the wall above your computer. As you probably notice, this was written off the top of my head and isn't very structured advice, I hope it's somehow useful to you still.
