I gotta say, i have to stand by what i did here. With no read on a mizor, i have no idea how he'll play a variety of hands, and with the preflop action and the board, i really have almost no chance of figuring out where im at, in a pot where the chances that i am beat are probably greater than the chances i am good. I had

in that hand btw.
What hands am i beating here? 88 and less (with hopefully no redraw like my hand) and QK with no diamond. Those are abuot the only three betting hands that i am beating. If he has JJ or QQ, with no redraw, will he call? I dunno because i have no read on him, but usually if theres just an ace out there, and no other overcards, a mizor will call down his big pair. If he has a big diamond and no other pair, how will he play it? Will he raise/bet/check behind of he misses, or will he call/call/check and make it easy on me? If i lead the flop and get called and the turn comes blank, do i leead again? He could easily flat call

in this spot. If i get called then and the river blanks off, then what? Bet? If i check i get bet at automatically, and now im stuck in the pot for a fair amount and feel like i ought to see the river, but on the other hand, a bet just seems like spewing.
And if a diamond comes what do i do? Do i represent it and bet? If i check i subject myself to an autobet which i can't call, so its either bet or giveup. If i bet and get called, i have to check, and get bet at again most likely, or else bet again and probably lose the hand anyway.
Basically, the way i look at it is if 95% of the scenarios i can imagine in a hand are bad, and 5% are good (as in he ditches his hand right there), then i am done with the hand. Getting involved in this is -EV. If you combine the chances i am already beat with chances that a diamond could kill me, i bet i have like 20% equity in this pot. Mixin it up here is a bad idea in my opinion- and beleive me, i usually like to find any excuse to do just that, but not here.
