Value bet like 1/2 pot or check/call. Would you actually fold to a raise thinking he had something like KQJ?

Newbie opinion:

The only draw out there was the straight so he must either have had that or bottom/middle set. If you check he will probably check behind with the hands you beat, but bet when he has you beat (obviously). This would seem to make it OK to bet and fold to a raise. Half pot sounds reasonable. He could very well have been just calling down with TT not wanting to play a huge pot against another big stack with TT for middle set on the flop. Since the straight got there I would say it's extremely unlikely that he will bluff raise so a bet/fold should work nicely.
