Nice win huh

Postby Rhound50 » Tue Feb 15, 2005 5:32 pm

This is one of the funniest things I've seen at a poker table. 5/10 NL $500 buy in. Player A has bought in for the max 3 times and has had a rough night, he has $600 in front player B has him covered. Flop is 8s5sQh, player A from the SB makes it $40 , player B makes it $80, Player A calls. Turn is a 5d player A leads $150, player B thinks about it and puts player 1 all in. Player 1 cals and turns over 7s6s, player 2 says I have a boat and turns over K/10. Everyone looks at him kind of funny and he says oh S@#$ I had 8/5 last hand. River is another brick K high wins a $1200 pot. Was this what TUP meant when he said you dont need cards to win. :D

Your right of course. I went back and fixed the post. The board was supposed to pair on the turn. But its right now.

In that case, then yeah that's pretty funny.

I probably would have snapped if I were the guy to have lost a 1200 dollar pot to KING high. Unreal
