3 handed

Postby Ojingo » Wed Mar 01, 2006 11:37 am

Hi guys, I played some 3 handed 5-10 on stars last night and the following hand came up, and I was lost on what to do on the river. Villain had been aggressive and bluffing a lot of flops, but I've never seen him bluffraise a turn or a river.

I get [Ad][Qd] otb and raise. SB calls, BB reraises. I cap, SB folds, BB calls. Flop: [Ah][Ac][4c].
Checked to me, I bet, SB folds, BB calls.
Turn: [Kd]. Check, I bet, BB raises, I???

Call down here or am I clearly beat?

uhm. i reraise the turn and if he four bets me, THEN i just call the river. In three handed games, especially from the blinds, people will threebet Ace-X, or any decent ace. of course, he could have AK, A4 or 44 or somethin like that, and if he does, life is most certainly in the gutter-- but he's gonna have to put in four bets on the turn to convince me of it.
