Honestly, I couldn't put the other guy on a hand that I could really beat that if he was as solid as I thought, would play like this but since the pot became so big, I decided to call it down. Where should I have let this hand go or was I right to call it down?

When he caps, you know you're almost certainly beat -- you've represented AA/KK and he's not slowing down. There's a remote possibility he has JJ, so you can safely fold when the J hits the turn.
