I'm getting fed up with hand histories at prima

Postby kennyg » Thu Feb 17, 2005 1:01 am

This is crazy!!! I haven't had hand histories since Jan. 18th. I need this info for bills and taxes, let alone keeping up with my game.

It was supposed to be fixed a long time ago. What is up with this??

Hehe. I hate Prima playcheck with a passion.

It must be horrible if you actually need these figures for tax purposes.. My sympathies.

I don't think it would be unreasonable for you to ask for some form of compensation, as the hand retrieval service they are providing is industry-substandard.

Prima skins must be VERY unhappy with the current state of the network.

Do you really need playcheck for tax purposes?

Just a thought, but it might be possible just to look at your neteller account or whatever to see how much you have cashed out of the site during the past x months. And then add how much $$$ you have on the site itself, minus a reasonable guess at how much you had x months ago. Should give you at least a good estimate of your tax situation.

I don't know. Maybe that's not enough info for you. Just take it fwiw.

I agree that its very annoying not to have hand histories. I care more about looking at other peoples stats than my own.

But Ive always kept a spreadsheet anyway that shows how many hands I play, how much I win, my win rate and things like that. So , I have access to everything I would need for tax purposes even without PT.

If you read on down in that forum topic you saw where many others felt the same way as Iceman and I.

Prima upgraded to a much bigger server because they though overload was the problem, but apparently that wasnt it.

I just talked to Gaming Club yesterday about it and they said that they have told Prima that this is a serious problem that they want fixed like NOW.

They are sending someone to the Prima offices to discuss the matter in person. Thats all I know.

Someone said it was possible to get one single hand out of playcheck, you just can't export a whole bunch of them.

How do you get even one single hand? I can get the hand # to appear, with the time and the table and the amount of $ I won/lost, but I can't get the system to give me any details on it.

Anybody know? I had a really fun big winning hand and I'd like to see what the other 3 people had when we were all-in on the turn. (They showed, but it was too quick for me to process.)
