read on player is he's not that good so I'm thinking QT or Q3 is the best hand he has, mabye 33. Do you keep calling him down or drop it or raise the flop? I'm not sure if i played this right but i'm not sure whats the best way to play it thinking that i think i have a good amount of outs.

turn is read-dependent for me.

if villain is a donk/cs, then i call knowing that i will likely get his stack if i hit. if villain is solid, then i fold as i am likely behind (e.g., set/flush draw or str8 draw/flush draw) and/or won't get paid off. in between those extremes is tricky, but i usually give respect to winning players.

raising on the flop or turn is another line to consider, but i would only really consider that if i think i could get several people with weakish hands to call (rare, but it happens).
