Folding AQ for these pot odds is absolutely criminal. Yes you will have to tread a hair lightly postflop, but not as likely as you'd think. Even if you only proceed if you flop two pair or better, call is +EV. In fact, I call with nearly any two cards in this spot. You just have to have the discipline and read abliity to not get broke if you flop ace high or queen high and you're beat.
