I probably wait for something a bit better. These hands you advertise are easily dominated and you're bascially pot comitted if you raise to say 1,200-1,400 and get called and you hit top pair. If they push you will probably be able to fold but then you'll have lost 1/3 of your stack. I'd rather raise with something like 76s here. Live cards baby.

How aggressive has BB been in defending? By this stage I want to know that and I have tested him to find out. Did I steal last orbit? Will he re-steal a standard 3XBB raise?

Knowing none of this I would say - "Patience Grasshopper, Your time will come."
