This isn't very instructive but I have to share it anyway. This feels like the first monster I have had in weeks. The embarrasing part is, I was so shocked by my hand that it never occured to me his preflop raise meant bullets.

On the flop and the turn I was just trying to milk the pot for as much as I could. I didn't want to run him off. It never occured to me that I wouldn't be able to run him off of this hand. I decided to go all-in on the river in the hopes he would see that as a weak bet. I don't claim that I played it very well but I guess that outcome was determined at the flop it was just how we got there that needed to be decided.

Bob... I really don't see anything especially wrong w/ how you played it... If he wasn't gonna call your turn raise, he wasn't gonna call any river bet either... You milked him a little more to try to get him pot committed...
