AA early in a 3 table tourney... call this bet?

Sorry, this from memory, so forgive any inaccuracy.

PokerRoom 30 player NL SnG ($11)
Blinds 15/30

I have about 1500 (starting stack size)
Dealt AA in LP
Couple limpers, I make it 100. BB and one limper call.

Flop comes 4 7 9 rainbow. Both check, I bet 150, BB calls, limper folds. No read on the BB as yet. Turn comes 4. BB checks, I bet 300, BB cr all-in (he had me covered).

You call this bet?
