Forced all-in next hand, BB is forced all-in now. KT UTG

Postby EscapePlan9 » Wed Jun 21, 2006 1:54 am

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t800 (4 handed) from (Format: Bet The Pot)

Hero (t810)
Button (t3530)
SB (t8535)
BB (t625)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with [Kd], [Td].
Hero ??

I recently lost an all-in which crippled me and gave SB the lead. Should I just hope BB loses? If he doesn't, then I'm forced all-in next hand.

I couldn't figure out what to do in this situation. I'm obviously going to have a 3-way pot here if I go all-in. But my KT-high could easily be best hand 4-way.

So I went all-in. Bad?

Poker is silly.

It is not enough to be good at chess, you must also play well.

Somewhere in the world someone is training when you are not. When you race him, he will win.

I have to agree with your play. The odds are that your next hand will not be as good - so push now.
