lol

the 2 flushes in a row definitely helped--particularly since after bluffing at one, you had a strong hand on the other (str8). What got me in trouble was calling the river on that A88 board with my K-high. After you had checked all the way, I thought you were trying to buy it (he had flopped the full).

I think we're going to be in for some great matches as time goes by. What's REALLY going to be interesting is playing one another after we've played a few times. That's what I don't like about just registering against any comers. I mean, that's fun, too, and you get decent reads after a little while, but you don't have the opportunity to try to keep adjusting and re-adjusting your strategy to players that you've played before. I think doing that will improve all of our games enormously--at least for those of us such as myself who haven't had the opportunity to play much against known opponents.

Poker is silly.

It is not enough to be good at chess, you must also play well.

Somewhere in the world someone is training when you are not. When you race him, he will win.

I like it. Thanks for the report. I think that format does the job just right.

Hard2tel beat me .. twice.

First match - Third hand I get TT and he gets KK, gg me.

Second match - I get AJs and he gets QQ, i'm crippled and crawl back to a decent stack when I get it in with AK vs his QJ and lose.
