This is a fairly old hand of mine. I havn't been playing recently beacuse I am away from home, and my PT database is thusly unavailable... I posted this hand on another forum (banned) a while back.

Ultimate Bet
No Limit Holdem STT
Blinds: $75./$150.
6 players


Stack sizes:
UTG: $3895
UTG+1: $460
CO: $2705
Rog: $3340
SB: $1915
BB: $2685

Pre-flop: (6 players) Rog is Button with [Ad] [Kc]
3 folds, Rog calls, SB calls, BB raises to $600, Rog raises all-in $3340, SB folds, BB calls all-in $2685.
Uncalled bets: $55 returned to Rog.

Holy crap, I didn't even notice it was OTB. I have to assume you were slowplaying after seeing villain raise limpers a lot.

Got to admit I misread it as well, didn't see the limp Rog, on my laptop without my glasses on.

Uneccessarily complicated and asking for trouble I think. Do it utg to represent AA/KK if you fancy occassionally but the button is asking to be beat by the blinds.

That's a pretty bad limp from the button there Rog, and I think you know it. As it played out, I like the push.

You guys are right.

I think this would be an okay play if I had some sort of read on the blinds, and had reason to think one of them would raise. Frankly, I don't remember how the blinds were playing as this hand took place months ago.
