I would say, especially this early at a $22 SNG, the crazies are still running wild... I'm probably folding to the PF minraise.... After that, I'm folding to the bet and call... I think there's a halfway decent chance that one or more of them have AJ or JT, which means that one or both of them are calling, and you're gonna lose your buyin...

If I would play this hand (which I wouldn't), I'd reraise to 120 PF, and fold if they bet out on the flop...

I disagree with MVP in that I don't mind the call preflop. But I'm not looking for a draw on the flop. If the flop doesn't make my hand, I fold to any bet.

I agree with your guys. I was fishing for a fold, but deep down I knew they would call me.

They both hit the call button within a fifth of a second and flipped over AJ. I picked up a flush draw on the turn and the [Jd] hit on the river. I felt like Mr Suckout.

I think I know why I played it so aggressively... It's spelled T-I-L-T. I always two-table SnGs, and I had lost three buy-ins 7-8 hours earlier that day in fourth, fourth and fifth place respectively with dominating hands (AK lost to AT after a push preflop, AKs lost to KQs after a push preflop, a set lost to two pair after I pushed the flop).

That's scary, isn't it? Not knowing when you're steaming like S.S. Full Speed Ahead. After losing a buy-in to a bad beat, I always ask myself, "Am I tilting now? Am I capable of playing disciplined poker?" Sometimes it's obvious, like when I'm throwing my clay chips around, but here is a case where I was tilting without knowing it. I guess three buy-ins in one day is more than I can handle right now.

This is a good thing you post this hand.
We see it everyday that people make plays like that. And after the hand we shake our heads wether they made it or not..

Preflop call...postflop calling is very close but not close enough at this moment.
The all in reraise is kamikaze. It's a move that sometimes can work in a MTT but not when somebody overbetted the pot and one caller.

Talking about it helps you recall the situation when it happens next time and you will proudly fold.
You are on the right track.

Tom.
