As mentioned many times, doubling up now will not win you the game. Save the coin flips till later
Your aim is to just survive until the blinds are worth stealing
Let them take out each other
Dont play aggressive unless holding the nuts
Understand the image you give them early so you may be more sucessful stealing later
Alot of the time you will be folding the winning hand, no need to worry
Take notes of players, tight/aggressive/etc...
EARLY/MIDDLE
-Fold any all ins unless with a Category A hand ONLY
-Raise 10BB with A, and re-re-raise all in if raised. All in on flop with AA reguardless and KK if a K doesnt hit.
-Limp in with B up to 5BB
-Limp in with C up to 3BB
-Fold all other hands
LATE
-Raise 5BB with A/B and re-raise all in if raised
-Raise 5BB with C/D and call if re-raised
BLINDS
[QUESTION - Should you complete the SB with any 2 cards?]
Limp in when sb in a unraised pot with any category A to K, otherwise, fold
In a raised pot more than 5bb, fold B/C, raise/reraise with A
Unraised pot - Raise in 5BB with A/B/C
Stage 2 Blinds 50/100 [Tight/Aggressive]
By now, you usually are medium short stacked with approx 1200-1600 depending on cards. If you were lucky enough to double up earlier, you can play slightly more loose. The table should be 6-8 handed. Occasionally it would still be full with a short stacked.
EARLY
(I will finish this some other time, just want some feedback)
