PF I would probably raise to like 270-300 but other than that it looks good

Make it 400 - 500 preflop i think. That flop bet goes without saying.

Will an underbet reopen the betting? If so, raise to 300. If not, raise 400. It makes more sense to make a smaller raise with AA, with QQ you're afraid of overcards so you want to make them pay to draw.
