Questions on $22 and $33 Party SnG's

Postby DODGYKEN » Mon Aug 14, 2006 4:12 am

Hi,

I've been playing the $22 SnG's on Party for a while now and have been doing OK at them. I only really started playing SnG's this month - I've played them before, but never seriously as I've always played cash games in the past.

I have a couple of questions that I would be grateful of people's answers for.

1. What sort of ROI and ITM are people achieving at this level on Party? What sort of percentage should a decent player be looking at?

2. How much of a skill difference is there between the $22 and $33 tournaments on Party? I've not done too well when I've dabbled in the $33's so far, yet the skill doesn't seem much different. The only noticeable difference to me is that it is a bit better when it gets to 4 or 5 handed - people seem to be aware of when to push in more.

Thanks for you responses,
Martin

Check the FAQ at the top for ROI aproximates :)

As for difference in skill, it's very miniscule and if you're safely beating the $22s, you will safely beat the $33s.
Poker is silly.

It is not enough to be good at chess, you must also play well.

Somewhere in the world someone is training when you are not. When you race him, he will win.
