2 STT hands

Postby DaFish » Thu Aug 10, 2006 10:00 am

2 hands I folded. Any ideas how to play them better before or after the flop? In the first hand I'm not sure if AQs is good enough for a reraise, since he had a large stack like me and could kill me with any PP or AK. The second hand I screwed up I guess, but still I'd like to know how you guys play here, e.g. put him all-in preflop?

On the first hand, I think we can raise this up to around 1.2K and hope for a fold, or a call and a nice flop. Although if we pop it up to 1.2K and he calls, we would probably end up surrendering on a ghey flop like the one posted. It would depend on the villan, seeing as we are fairly deep into the STT I think we can have some read on him.

2nd hand looks fine to me.

Poker is silly.

It is not enough to be good at chess, you must also play well.

Somewhere in the world someone is training when you are not. When you race him, he will win.
