What to do?

Postby Korkedbatz » Mon Aug 15, 2005 7:15 am

If you are in a tourn. and there are only a couple people left say (3), you either are the chip leader or in second. If you get some great hole cards....either AA, KK, AK should you slow play them or go all in?? Seems like the more you slow play them, the luckier some people get. Then before you know it, your top pair is cracked by two pair or someone that caught a straight etc. So do you slow play or go all-in. Any thoughts?

why so black and white?

why not 3.5 X the BB?

don't let them in free but don't care them away either...if You are real strong, min raise and then get them all in if the reraise or on the flop maybe....

true....now what about heads up. I tried raising like 4x the BB (I believe 200 was the BB) with pocket ladies.....the guy called me with a 10/7 off. He ended up flopping a straight. I would never call that much money pre flop in heads up. Am I wrong?
